TRI CAP MEMBERS INVEST IN PERFORMANCE PROPERTY TRUST

TRI Cap members have concluded an investment in the Performance Property Trust, which is managed by Hunter Property Fund Management based in Edinburgh. The Trust is aimed at substantial private investors and Institutions seeking to assemble a mixed portfolio of properties throughout the UK.  Investments to be acquired include the main sectors of retail, industrial and offices and will be assembled to achieve a balance between core holdings representing long-term, secure income and active management properties offering potentially higher returns.

Commenting on the investment, chairman Rob Dick said:

“The PPT is an interesting and promising departure for TRI Cap members: previously our investments have been focused on start-up and high growth businesses.  The management team behind Hunter Property Fund Management has a long track record in property investment and we believe our members will benefit from this arrangement.”

TRI Cap PPT Nominees Company has successfully invested investors’ monies in Rutland Property Trust, which is the feeder fund for the Performance Property Trust.  To date a total of £170k has been invested, which includes funds of some non TRI Cap members.
